Appointments: In order for us to accommodate all of our guests, we ask that you arrive at your scheduled time of appointment. In the event that you arrive after your scheduled service time, we may be unable to guarantee full application of services.

Spa Reservations: In order to reserve a spa appointment, we require a credit card or gift certificate number to hold your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: All service reservations will require a valid credit card number to hold the appointment time. A minimum 24 hour advance notice is required to avoid a 50% charge for same day cancellations. Clients not showing for scheduled appointments will incur 100% cost of the service. Clients not showing for scheduled appointments on 2 or more occasions may be required to prepay for future services.

If you are not satisfied with your hair service please contact us within 7 days from your appointment. Carmen! Carmen! does not accept responsibility for improper maintenance of any hair service. We suggest the exclusive use of Aveda products. Ask your service provider for proper recommendations.
